Thorp Mountain
Roslyn, WA 98941
Also near Rosyln, this trail requires a long snowshoe trek before traversing the narrow trail to the summit. If you're up for setting up camp in the snowy forest, Thorp Mountain Trail is a place of calming beauty. The route climbs steeply at times, along both the road and the trail, but generally the snowshoeing is easy.
Indian Creek
Cle Elum, WA 98922
This terrain near Cle Elum is indeed a backcountry adventure. The rewards of this challenging day in the snow are spectacular views of the jagged Stuart Range. This route lets snowshoers deeply appreciate the impressive summits as they find their way up the Teanaway Valley.

Mount Margaret
Roslyn, WA 98941
Now this is high-end, backcountry snowshoeing! A tough day in the snow, however, allows the determined adventurer to really earn his or her scenic rewards: views of the entire eastern half of the Snoqualmie Pass area, including the snow-covered summits of Mount Catherine and Tinkham Peak.

Hex Mountain
Roslyn, WA 98941
Near Roslyn, this trail represents classic Cascades snowshoeing. Your steep climb through thick forest grants you a great payoff: 360 degree views of Mt. Rainier, the Stuart Range, and the Teanaways. And, the slopes are well forested and sheltered, so avalanche hazards are minimal.
Sasse Ridge
Roslyn, WA 98941
Close to Rosyln, this route is a modest climb to the ridge crest, where it opens up to beautiful views and remarkable scenery - views of the Alpine Lakes Wilderness peaks, Cle Elum Lake, and the entire eastern Cascade Mountains.
