Runner Stumbles

The 39th Annual Runner Stumbles will be held at Suncadia Resort. The 5K and 10K will run (or walk) on paved roads and paths in a forested setting. The kids races will be run on grass courses. All proceeds go to the Cle Elum Kiwanis Service Fund to support youth activities.

The Summer Solstice roping is a fine family affair, and features more events than your typical ranch roping -- and admission is FREE! Northwest Carving Academy

The current NW Carving Academy is comprised of a group of volunteers, each taking on one or more tasks that when all are put together a great week of carving and fun occurs.

The academy would like to invite you to join fellow carvers and instructors from all over the United States and Canada at the 10th annual Northwest Carving Academy.

Come spend the week at one of the classes, learning from some of the best instructors and carvers in the country and share your knowledge and love of the art of carving.

Cle Elum Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival

Cle Elum Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival presented by Smokey's Bar-B-Que, is a music fest, brew fest, and BBQ festival in one event. This event takes place in beautiful downtown Cle Elum, Washington at the Wye Park.

This is a three-day festival that will kick off Friday night, July 13th, with a Festival Chef Challenge Dinner starting at 6 PM. The festival will continue all day Saturday from 12 PM to 9 PM and on to Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM with music, BBQ, and beer.

All-ages, glow in the dark, 5k (walk or run) through the historic Snoqualmie tunnel.

Afraid of the dark?

Have no fear, everyone will be outfitted with glow gear. Following the race head to Dru Bru for an outdoor, all-ages, block party.

Manastash Metric Bike Ride

The 22nd Annual Manastash Metric Century/ Half Century Bicycle Tour

Travel the scenic west side of the valley to Cle Elum and return along the winding Yakima River, or turn off half-way for the alternate 50 kilometer ride. Snacks and sag wagon are provided.

Meeting you at the finish line is a Free BBQ for participants! Guests of all riding participants can enjoy the BBQ for just $10.00!
